Q. Is there is a minimum order?

A. Yes – to qualify for the low, low 33¢ rate, the minimum is 100,000 (perhaps half a dozen big-city ZIP codes). We also offer smaller quantities, as low as 25,000, for as little as 35¢.

Q. Can I customize my mailing?

A. Yes! Although we offer standardized mailers, we encourage you to add your logo and offer to the full-color face of the card. And of course, the copy and information on the back is entirely up to you.

If you have an electronic file of your logo, simply E-mail it to us. Or mail us a clean printed copy of your company's logo, and we'll scan it in at no charge.

Q. What if I want different artwork on my mailing?

A. Good question. If you'd like to use the look of an existing mailer or ad piece, or have our designer create a custom look just for you, we can do that for only a penny apiece -- as low as 34¢. It's an especially good deal if you're planning to do more than one mailing, since that's a one-time charge. PLUS . . . we're regularly adding new designs. If you're planning to do regular mailings – perhaps monthly over the coming year – we may be able to produce a custom look at little or no additional cost. Or perhaps we'd like your concept so much that after we produce it for you, we'll offer it to others. In that case, you'd get custom artwork at no additional cost. So contact us.

Q. Can I use my logo in color?

A. Certainly. Custom PMS colors are available on the face of the card for no additional charge. (Black only on the mailing-label side, though.)

Q. Can I use an existing mailing list?

A. Yes, although you'll want to contact us to make sure we get the list in the proper format.

Q. How long before my mailing gets to the Post Office?

A. We pride ourselves on rapid turnaround, generally two to six weeks. If you need to hit a specific target date, let us know and we'll work with you – whether that means a rushing your job or holding it until the appropriate drop date.

Q. Do I need my own postal imprint?

A. No, we'll mail your postcards under our indicia.

Q. How do I pay for the mailing?

A. We'll calculate the exact cost based on your specs, then E-mail you an invoice. As soon as we receive payment, whether by check or purchase order, you job goes on the press.

Q. Come on! Your costs are so low, surely there are hidden costs.

A. Nope! If you insist on paying more, we can sure find a way. But the rates we're talking about – just 33¢ apiece for our postcard mailer – include EVERYTHING.
