Hotel Rooms
You must book your hotel room directly with the Marriott City Center. The room
rate for IRES attendees is $150 per night for a single or double room. Please call group
reservations at 303-297-1300.
The IRES convention rate is available until July 15, 2004, and as space-available
thereafter. Call the IRES office if you have any questions. Our room block often sells out
by early June, so you're advised to call early to book rooms.
The IRES group rate applies to all standard rooms, regardless of view or location of
the room. If the hotel reservations center inadvertently charges you a higher room rate,
please notify IRES and provide us your name and confirmation number. (If you book any rooms
other than standard rooms, such as a suite, you will be required to pay the hotel's
prevailing rate for those rooms.)
Cancellations & Refunds
Your registration fee minus a $25 cancellation fee can be refunded if we receive written
notice before July 15, 2004. No refunds will be given after that date although your
registration fee may be transferred to another qualifying registrant. Refund checks will be
processed after Sept. 1, 2004.
Special Needs
If you have special needs please notify IRES at 913-768-4700 at least five working days
before the seminar. The hotel's facilities comply with all requirements of the Americans
with Disabiliies Act.
