Market Conduct School
Another annual school is conducted by the IRES Foundation, covering market conduct issues and trends for the insurance industry, compliance professionals, law firms and consultants – as well as for regulators. Presenters include insurance commissioners and senior market conduct regulators from more than a dozen states.
The most recent session of the Foundation's school, formally known as the National Insurance School on Market Regulation, was April 23-25, 2003, at the Hyatt Inner Harbor in Baltimore, and it was a smash hit.
