  welcome | what is tremor? | what is essential tremor? | physicians only
  @essential tremor.org:  home:  Physicians Only
The International Essential Tremor Foundation works closely with physicians who specialize in the diagnosis and tratment of tremor. If you fall into that category, we offer several services in which you might be interested.

Physicians Who Specialize
If your practice isn't already listed on our site, we urge you to send us your name, office address and phone, plus any specific services you offer. Check out the kind of listings we already have in your area – and across the U.S., as well as in numerous other countries.

If you would like to be listed on the IETF site, please submit your information today.

Support Groups
We also maintain an up-to-date list of support groups – groups of people who meet regularly to help each other cope with essential tremor.

You might want to get in touch with the group nearest you. And if there isn't one in your area, perhaps you'd be interested in facilitating such a group yourself. A number of ET support groups are sponsored and supported by physicians' office staffers. Check out the support groups in your area. If you would like to be listed as a new support group, please submit your information today.

Free Booklets –  Members $1.00, Nonmembers $2.00 Each – FREE to physicians
One of IETF's important services is to make available a variety of publications to help patients and their families understand essential tremor, as well as their treatment options. Our booklets, including one in Spanish, are available at no charge to physicians who specialize in ET.
