  @essential tremor.org:  publications:  Getting Information
When you or a member of your family is first diagnosed with essential tremor, one of the first things you want is additional information about your condition. IETF provides a variety of information sources, a list of informative publications for sale, a tremor questionnaire that can help evaluate your condition before making an appointment with a physician, lists of physicians who specialize in tremor as well as a list of local support groups.

We also have information on research studies in which you can take part, as well as some recent research findings.

Most of all, we urge you to join IETF, both to gain additional sources of information, such as our newsletter, and to support the education and research programs that we sponsor. If you aren't currently a member, click here to join. If you are already a member, be sure to check out the information available to members only.
